What we need you to tackle
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented field representative with strong communication skills and confidence approaching business owners. The ideal candidate knows the local commercial landscape, can work outdoors on foot for full days, and is comfortable using a handheld app to capture accurate, complete records. Experience in survey work, field marketing, merchant support, or related outreach roles is a strong plus, along with local creole and a valid driver’s licence or scooter.

Your day-to-day
Start the day by checking in with the island coordinator for your zone and route.
Visit around seven businesses on foot and speak with the owner or manager.
Collect complete business records, contact details, and a photo of the premises.
Submit all records the same day using the company device.
Send a short end-of-day report with visited businesses, interested owners, and any issues encountered.
Nice to haves
- Identify root causes of missing/conflicting info (e.g., closed hours, unclear ownership) and resolve quickly to keep data quality and pace.
- Reprioritize visits dynamically (e.g., high-traffic times, owner availability) to maximize completions without sacrificing required artifacts.
- Estimate per-visit time and daily capacity to plan coverage accurately and avoid end-of-day backlog.
